Edgar has more than 20 years of experience in the defense of business interests in any type of proceeding, whether in the judicial or administrative sphere, including administrative proceedings and Inquiries before the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office.  

Always in line with the strategic objectives of the client and in the legal protection of its business, through preventive action he has been advising several companies regarding compliance with legal obligations with a focus on risk prevention and mitigation of liabilities.  

The sharing of knowledge and accumulated experience in both collective bargaining and crisis management is an important distinguishing trait in our work to find creative solutions for clients in our trade union practice.
