Litigation (Disputes) 

We work in any type of labor process or procedure, whether in the judicial or administrative sphere, including administrative procedures with the Ministry of Labor and Employment, preparatory procedures and/or Inquiries before the Labor Public Prosecution Office.

Trade Union and Collective Labor Law
