Litigation  

We work in the defense of the interests of financial institutions throughout the country, both judicially and/or administratively, in any type of individual or collective lawsuit, administrative proceedings, civil investigations and/or preparatory proceedings before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and consumer protection agencies.

We render legal advice on the management of portfolios with large volumes of processes and prepare customized monitoring and management reports for each client.
