Professional Experience 
With 20 years of experience and vast expertise in advising national and international clients, he works in actions and procedures of all complexities, especially in class actions, public-interest civil actions and in the monitoring of civil investigations. 

In the preventive sphere, and in the practice of business consulting, he advises several clients in union negotiations, voluntary dismissal plans, strikes and/or lockouts. Participates in M&A operations and structures contracts and executive compensation plans. 

He was a member of the Order Examination Committee of OAB SP (Sectional) and the Labor Law Committee of the 3rd Subsection of OAB Campinas. 

Furthermore, he is a tenured professor of multiple disciplines in undergraduate, MBA and graduate courses.
